Objective

Snug Interiors is an independent, all-female, family-run luxury furniture company operating online and from a spacious showroom in Rake; nestled between the Hampshire, West Sussex, and Surrey borders.

A UK-based business that sells and delivers nationwide, Snug Interiors is dedicated to ensuring every visitor has a positive shopping experience either online, over-the-phone or in-store.

From classic to contemporary, Snug Interiors showcases a carefully curated collection of homeware designed to elevate any interior space including mattresses from leading brands such as Vispring, Hypnos, Devon Duvets, and The Fine Bedding Company.

With ever-increasing competition from other furniture stockists, Snug Interiors wished to generate further interest through SEO-based content.

By utilising content, the aim was not only to influence consideration amongst Snug Interiors’ products, but also to work alongside SEO to increase organic website traffic and drive more in-store visits, whilst complimenting the adjoining PPC strategy in maximising sales.

Solution

The initial content creation stage involved the completion of a Technical SEO Audit to ensure the Snug Interiors website was being correctly crawled and indexed.

This document highlighted SEO Best Practices, whilst outlining any issues or concerns with meta data and page copy, such as duplicate or missing content.

A Search Behaviour and Competitor Analysis followed assessing how users were searching for Snug Interiors, their products and their associated brands.

This involved delving into high-performing keywords, identifying longtail brand and product phrases, and pinpointing direct competitors, leveraging data to determine ways in which Snug Interiors could further position itself within the market.

Topics were sourced from the Search Behaviour and Competitor Analysis document, with additional research into keyword clusters and FAQs resulting in the creation of two 500-word blog posts per month. These posts were written, uploaded and formatted within the Snug Interiors’ CMS using HTML code.

In addition to creating content for Snug Interiors, we reviewed and updated their Google My Business profile and fixed onsite tracking issues. The combination of these has led to increased traffic and revenue.
