Objective

Award-winning app and software Kinderly enables early years providers to easily capture and manage children’s learning journeys digitally. The platform streamlines processes within early years settings, improving efficiency while reducing operational costs.

Kinderly partnered with Search Seven to increase high-intent paid traffic to their website and drive growth in app sign-ups, while maintaining strong cost efficiency. A key objective was to keep the cost per acquisition (CPA) below £20.

Solution

A performance strategy was built by Search Seven to drive efficiency while supporting scalable growth across paid activity.

It started with a full tracking review and optimisation setup to ensure accurate measurement and give a solid foundation for data-led decisions. The keyword strategy was then refined to focus on high-intent searches, balancing long-tail and short-tail terms, with a clear focus on the real challenges faced by early years providers. This was supported by solution-led ad copy designed to capture demand.

Campaigns were aligned to key education periods such as September and January, with increased budgets and a stronger focus on lower-funnel audiences to drive conversions. Webinar content was also used to build more qualified audiences and move users from early engagement through to commercial intent.

Ongoing ad testing included Dynamic Search Ads, Dynamic Keyword Insertion, and different messaging approaches, alongside localised copy. Regular audience analysis and display retargeting helped re-engage users, while continuous Search Query Analysis improved efficiency and reduced wasted spend.
