First up is Client Services Manager, ex-Googler and England cricketing protégé, Andy Austin. Read on to find out more about what gets him out of bed in the morning, and how he spends his free time.
What started you out in a career in Digital Marketing?
I enjoy the mix of tech, creative and business acumen required in digital marketing. It is great to be able to help clients grow their businesses and provide measurable results on the impact our work is having.
Tell us a little bit about your career journey before starting at Search Seven
Prior to starting at Search Seven I was an Agency Development Manager at Google, supporting marketing agencies to grow through pitch support, technical training and business strategy.
What do you like most about working at Search Seven?
I really enjoy the fast pace and variety with in the role. It is also really good to work in a business that is open to new ideas and agile to change so you can make a real impact in the business in a short period of time.
What’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?
Going for a run along Brighton seafront always clear my head.
What’s your go-to karaoke song?

What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?
You would more than likely find me trying out a new restaurant

Google Maps (though it has ruined my sense of direction!)
