We are looking for a senior ‘SEM’ account manager to assist with managing our portfolio of (PPC/SEO) clients, ranging from travel, retail, B2B, finance, charities and more.
We are after someone with previous digital marketing experience, so that they can hit the ground running, and really help the agency to push on! Job Description:
We expect all members of the delivery team to demonstrate a positive and pro-active attitude in their work, and below are several responsibilities that you would carry out:
- Keyword research & Competitor analysis
- Building new PPC accounts, including writing PPC ads
- Optimising PPC accounts (bid management, ad reviews, applying new tactics etc.)
- Preparing weekly/monthly reports and attending client meetings
- Reporting on digital marketing performance using insights from analytics
- Managing the content/PR team to ensure activity is aligned to SEO objectives
- Showing great initiative by coming up with and implementing new ideas and tactics
- One to one training and mentoring
- Exam revision to achieve industry renowned qualifications (AdWords & Analytics)
Other areas that would be desired but not essential:
- Writing and/or uploading content to the company blog
- Assisting with SEO Audits in terms of writing meta titles and descriptions
- Social media, content writing and email marketing are other skills that would be beneficial too
Skills Range: (You should have….)
- 2-3 years’ experience of SEM/ Digital marketing (hands on but also managing projects/clients)
- A great understanding of paid search marketing and how to spot new opportunities to improve our client’s results
- Very good knowledge of Google AdWords & Analytics
- Previous experience of Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter and YouTube Ads advantageous
- The ability to cope with competing demands and prioritisation of tasks
- Good listening skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to use own initiative
- Ruthless attention to detail and be extremely analytical
- Great working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- An excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- A creative approach to problem solving

- A positive outlook at all times, and be a real team player
Duration and Pay:
- The role is a full time position with a three month probation period
- Salary is competitive and dependent on experience, ranging from 28-33k per year with bonus scheme included
